Here is MY version of Stacked Tostadas.
We have Mexican food at least once a week, so I thought I’d mix it up a bit. All this recipe consists of is layering ingredients onto crisp fried corn tortilla shells. You can simply add your choice of toppings, meat and cheese. You cant go wrong with these Stacked Tostadas.
Ingredients
12 Crisp Fried Corn Tortilla Shells
Shredded Beef or Hamburger, Chicken
Red Enchilada Sauce
Diced Onions
Shredded Cheese
Salsa
Sour Cream
Refried Beans
Chopped Lettuce
Diced Tomatoes
On a sheet pan place crisp tortilla shell. Now start layering your ingredients. First refried beans, shredded beef, onions, enchilada sauce, salsa, sour cream and cheese. Repeat this 2 more times, stacking one on top of the other. Place into a 400 degree preheated oven. Bake for 5-8 minutes.
Top off with lettuce and diced tomatoes.
