Craving something Chocolate? Chewy? Soft? How about filled with ooey gooey Caramel?
You’re in Luck ~ I’ve got you covered!
And making these little drops of Rolo joy could not be any easier, you’ll be making them all the time!
ROLO COOKIES
1 (15.25 oz.) Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix *I prefer Betty Crocker
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Egg’s
1 (12 oz.) Pkg. Rolo Candies, unwrapped
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix, oil and eggs. Mix well… dough will be thick.
In a separate bowl place your Rolo’s and powdered sugar.
Here comes the fun part, scoop out 1 inch balls of dough. Press a Rolo into the center of each ball. Pinch dough closed around the Rolo, then roll into the powdered sugar. Place onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Just look at that caramel ~ YUM!!
