Every family has a Cheese lover….in my family it is all 3 of us! Seriously …. Cheese is a staple in my home.

With that being said, lets get cooking! These 3 Cheese Stuffed Shells are to die for. Loaded with ooey gooey cheesy goodness!
3 CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS
1 Box Jumbo Pasta Shells, Cooked & drained al dente
1 (16 oz. ) Cottage Cheese
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese ~*Tillamook
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Parsley
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Egg
1 Cup Sharp White Cheddar Cheese ~ *Tillamook
1 (28 oz. ) Marinara Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine cottage, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, parsley and pepper together. Stir until well blended then add in egg, stir again. In a 9 x 13 baking dish spread 1/2 Cup of the marinara sauce on the bottom. Take each cooked shell and place a large scoop of the cheese filling into each. Place into baking dish.
Pour the remaining Marinara sauce over the top of the stuffed shells. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the sauce.
Cover with foil , Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes.
