I just cant wrap my head around that it is already time to start another school year! That means my “baby” has been in College for a whole year! Which means I am a year older…. Where does the time go? If you are blessed to have young ones in your house hold still, I know it is a very busy stressful time the first few weeks of getting back into the swing of a set schedule. Well I have a very EASY Dinner that wont take up any time at all.
With just a few ingredients you can serve up this Easy Broccoli Beef Stir Fry for dinner in minutes.
Simply add in any of your favorite veggies to customize it to your families tastes.
Easy Broccoli Beef Stir Fry
2-3 lbs. Stir Fry Cut Beef strips, uncooked
1/2 Cup Aloha Brand Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Minced Onion
3 Cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
2 Cups Assorted Fresh Veggies of your choosing
3 Cups Cooked White or Brown Rice
Start by mixing together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, pepper and onion together in a skillet. Stirring until sugar is dissolved and sauce begins to thickens. Add in strips of beef, cooking on a low simmer for 10 minutes. Add in broccoli and mixed veggies, cover and cook on low until veggies are tender. Serve over cooked rice. Super EASY huh? Very filling and full of flavor.
