My family can not get enough of these sinfully delicious Apple Pie Danishes.
With the use of frozen bread dough, and canned apple pie filling you can make a batch of these in no time.
I have really been trying my hardest to not get ahead of myself in making “Fall” recipes yet. As you can tell by these Apple Pie Danishes I am sharing…….I am failing miserably. Maybe by sharing Fall inspired recipes Mother Nature will change her mind and send Fall early this year. 😉
Apple Pie Danish
36 pkg. of Frozen Dinner Rolls, I use Rhodes
2 (20 oz.) Apple Pie filling
2 Cups Quick Rolled Oats
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
* Cream Cheese Frosting~ optional
Start by placing the frozen roll out on a parchment lined baking sheet that has been lightly greased to thaw.
Lightly grease each roll to prevent cracking while they thaw & raise. *This will take about an hour or so. Make sure you allow time for this. In a mixing bowl combine the Oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter together. Set aside. Once roll dough has thawed & raise flatten each piece with your hands into a disc. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread a spoonful of apple pie filling onto each piece of dough. Top each with the oat mixture. Preheat oven to 350 Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Cool completely , and if you’re like me it’s gotta have a drizzle of cream cheese frosting !
Apple Pie Danishes everyone will love.

Looks like you made these in some kind of muffin pan. What did you use?
What diameter did you press the risen dough to?
Lark says
I actually used a “whoopie pie pan”
