These Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons will be the easiest cookie you will ever make.
Seriously, just 5 ingredients…including the chocolate!
Toasted Coconut, chewy & soft with just the right amount of chocolate….. nothing better!
Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons
1 (14 oz.) Shredded Sweetened Coconut
1 (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 Cup Chocolate Almond Bark, melted
Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl combine coconut, condensed milk, flour and vanilla together and mix well for 2 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then lightly spray with non stick cooking spray. Using a large cookie scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes *You want then coconut nice and toasted. You will let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack. Once the cookies are cooled, you will dip each bottom of the cookie into the melted chocolate bark. Place back on rack or parchment paper to let the chocolate set up. I like to drizzle a little bit of the chocolate over the top too.
