I thought I would share one of the easiest Homemade Brown Gravy recipes EVER! With Thanksgiving Dinner days away…Time to start figuring out the menu… and THIS will make it a snap!
Homemade Brown Gravy
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
4 Tablespoon Beef Bullion, granules
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
4 Cups Beef Broth
Salt & Pepper as desired
In a saucepan make a roux by melting the butter and flour together. Whisking for 5 minutes over medium heat until golden brown. Add in garlic continue to whisk for another minute. Pour in beef broth a cup at a time as well as the remaining ingredients. Whisk until gravy thickens, then reduce heat to a low simmer for 15 minutes. Serve warm .
