Nothing beats having breakfast when there is Homemade Jam involved. This Raspberry freezer jam only calls for 4 ingredients, and the taste is out of this world! Spread on some homemade goodness for your loved ones this Summer.
Easy 4~Ingredient Raspberry Freezer Jam
6 Cups Fresh Raspberries, *crush to make 3 Cups
5 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Water
1 (1.75 oz.) Pectin
Place crushed berries into a bowl, add in sugar and stir well, set aside for a few minutes.
In a sauce can bring the water and pectin to a boil for 1 minutes. Quickly pour pectin into the raspberries & sugar bowl. Stir until the pectin is blended well and sugar is dissolved. Pour into pint jars, or any container you can freeze.
Make sure to leave a 1/4″ head space. Leave jam at room temperature for 24 hours. Then transfer to the freezer.
