The rush of everyday life can be overwhelming at times. I have been feeling this way for the past weeks…. finally after a very busy weekend, I made a goal for myself to get up early, make a list of the things I needed to get done as well as a list of things I wanted to do. Then take the top 3 off of each list. This made up my “to do today” list. This may seem like a no brainer thing to do for some of you, your right! However doing this made me feel as if I was able to control the time I had in the day. Time is a very valuable commodity. I look for ways to get more done in the 24 hour allowance that I have. So this being said…. I felt that I had a ton of “extra” time by making my 6 item to do list. I also learned that I CAN do everything that is important to me in a few hours. Let’s all make a daily “list” to SLOW DOWN! Take a deep breath, open the windows, let the sun shine in.
Now just what does a Triple Chocolate Cake have to do with all this? Well, it was on my list! *Create a new Chocolate recipe You see, my de-stresser is being in the kitchen. so of course I would put it on my list. 😉 And what woman doesnt want chocolate at the end of the day? right?! This fabulous cake all starts with the ease of a cake mix. *Time Saver Add in a few more ingredients and top it all off with a sinful fudge glaze, and you will have some cherished time enjoying a slice.
Triple Chocolate Cake

1 (3.3 oz) White Chocolate Instant Pudding

1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Sinful Chocolate Glaze~
3 Cups Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Preheat oven to 350 degree’s
In a mixing bowl combine the water, oil, eggs and sour cream beat together. Add in pudding and cake mixes, blend until smooth. Fold into mini chocolate chips. Pour evenly into a generously greased 10″ inch bundt pan. Place on the center rack in the oven. Bake for 65 minutes. Let cake cool completely before turning it out onto a cake plate. Once the cake has cooled you will want to start on the glaze. In a medium sauce pan, place the chocolate chips, whipping cream and butter. Stir continuously until the chocolate has melted and become thick. Remove from heat and stir in oil. Pour over cooled cake.
Take time to make your priority list, you’ll have time to bake a cake and eat it too!
