It’s time for a leftover creation recipe…. and if you ask me, there is no better leftover than meatloaf! I know just about everyone out there has a meatloaf recipe, right? Well if you haven’t found one you like yet, Please give My Meatloaf recipe a try. Now lets get to the recipe….
Slice your leftover Meatloaf after it has been refrigerated over night, into a 1 inch thickness. Place slices into a hot skillet to brown the meat and sear in the flavor. It will only take a minute or two, repeat on the other side. Turn down the heat and let the meatloaf heat thoroughly. I like to then add a tablespoon of BBQ sauce or ketchup to the top side of the meatloaf. Now y’all are ready to plate it. I serve it on a hamburger bun with all the fixings. I like to add crisp lettuce, cheese and a couple of fried onion rings. Load it up with your favorite toppings and then dig in! You will never pass up leftover meatloaf again.
