I could not wait any longer to share with Y’all this Smoked Sweet Mustard Glazed Ham.
It has just the right amount of sweetness along with a tangy hint of mustard. You will be amazed at just how moist this ham is. The leftovers are just as moist the next day for sandwiches.
Smoked Sweet Mustard Glazed Ham
9 lb. Boneless Smoked Ham
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degree’s. In a saucepan combine the pineapple juice, sugar, mustard and pepper. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a full boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes. Place ham in a deep baking dish, fat side up. Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour. (*10 minutes for every pound) Remove foil and brush on glaze. Bake for 10 minutes, repeat this 3 times. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing. *I like to serve a bowl of the glaze along side the ham for everyone to spoon over their ham as desired. This Ham has become my families favorite way to have ham. Enjoy~Lark
