This recipe has been the ONLY recipe I have used, for making Deviled Eggs. It is my Mothers recipe and therefore the BEST! 😉Â
Eggcellent  Deviled EggsÂ
1 dozen Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled
2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
4 teaspoons White Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Paprika
Fresh Parsley
Cut eggs lengthwise and remove the yolk. Placing all the yolks into a bowl, mash with a fork as smooth as you can. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Pipe or spoon mixture back into the center of each egg white. Sprinkle with Paprika and garnish with fresh parsley. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
