Now what do you say we make some Christmas Fudge?!
Homemade Christmas Fudge
4 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 (12oz.) Evaporated Milk
3 (12oz.) Pkg. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Butter
1 (7oz.) Marshmallow Cream
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Nuts *Optional
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Start by cutting the butter into small pieces,
place into your mixing bowl along with the chocolate chips.
In a large sauce pan, combine the sugar, evaporated milk. Cook over med/high heat stirring constantly. Bring to a rolling boil for 7 minutes. When mixture is done pour into the mixing bowl with your butter and chips. Mix on low for 30 seconds then increase speed for 30 more seconds.
Add in remaining ingredients, continue to mix until smooth.
Pour into a parchment lined baking sheet, spread evenly.
Chill for 2 hours, before cutting into bite size pieces. Store in an air tight container.
You can mix it up by adding in mini marshmallows or toffee pieces in place of the nuts.

What a wonderful give-away! I bought my Kitchen Aid 23 years ago as a refurbished machine. I scraped together every last penny I had to do it. It has seen a lot of cookies and bread over the years. If I won this, I would pass mine down to my granddaughter. She thinks mine is “cool.” Thank you for the chance to win. 🙂
