I have been on a Popcorn kick lately. It might be because a co-worker and friend of my husband gave me a really cool new popcorn popper! (I will post a picture of it in “My Favorites”.
With this recipe you can make popcorn balls also. I just needed to fill a couple bags full for friends, so I choose to spread it out.
All you need is the following 4 ingredient’s:
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Karo syrup
1 (3.4 oz.) box any flavored jello
12 C. popped popcorn
In a sauce pan mix the sugar, jello, and syrup.
Cook in med. heat, stirring constantly.
Bring to a light boil or until all sugar is dissolved.
Then pour over popcorn. Then either form into balls or spread out on a sprayed cookie sheet. Store in air tight zip lock or wrap balls in tight plastic wrap.

This treat looks super scrumptious! I haven’t had popcorn balls in years – I need to remedy that! Thank you for linking to Feed Me Tweet Me Follow Me Home. Hope you will pop by and link up again this week if you haven’t already 🙂
