How some people don’t like Cheesecake is beyond me!
I have NEVER met a cheesecake I didn’t like. 🙂
There are basically 2 types of cheesecakes.
Baked and Not baked.
The baked are the “New York” thick , dense type.
Not baked are the Cream, soft type.
I like them both.
However when Time is an issue,
I choose the No-Baked hands down.
Creamy Dreamy No Bake Cheesecake
(1) 9″ Graham Cracker Crust
1 (8oz.) Cream Cheese~ softened
1 (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 C. Lemon Juice
Start by first beating the cream cheese and sweetened milk
together until smooth.
Add in lemon juice, beat for another minute.
Pour into the prepared crust.
Chill for at least 3 hours to set.
Serve with your choice of topping.

Well, we are big fans of cheesecake in this house and will definitely be trying this one soon! I especially love the no-bake part since life as a new mommy often leaves little time for using the oven. 🙂
