YOU NEED TO! This is one item I buy in “tub” from Costco!
Anyone who is on a diet or life style change to eat better,
this stuff is wonderful! It comes in 2 different types: spreadable or spray
I love them both! I first really tried this when I joined Weight Watchers
years back. It “hooked” me when they said it was point free
if you use less than 5 sprays. And half the time I didn’t even need that many sprays.
And being a Baker I have even made cookies with it.
And they tasted & looked great!
